Over 27 years later, Jonathan still personally answers every phone call, evaluates every job, and works hands-on in the field. He holds full IICRC certifications across advanced textile extraction and hard-surface restoration. As Managing Partner, DJ works side-by-side with Jonathan on-site, specializing in high-pressure tile and grout extraction, deep fiber care, and natural stone honing. Holding active IICRC credentials, DJ is an expert in fiber chemistry and safe cleaning applications, ensuring that every project—from delicate upholstery to high-value marble—is treated safely and thoroughly. Known for his punctuality and meticulous attention to detail, DJ ensures every job is finished to five-star standards before packing up the van.
